Data Deletion Instructions

1. Who Can Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data if you are:

• A registered ThinnestAI account holder
• Someone who has messaged a WhatsApp number, used a chat widget, or spoken with a voice agent powered by ThinnestAI on behalf of a Business Customer

2. How To Request Deletion

Email hello@thinnest.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", and include:

• The phone number, email address, or account you want deleted
• The business or agent you interacted with, if known — this helps us locate the data faster

3. What Happens Next

• We confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
• We complete the deletion within 30 days
• You receive a confirmation once deletion is complete

Some records — such as billing records required under Indian tax law — may be retained for a longer period where we are legally required to keep them, even after a deletion request.

This covers personal data ThinnestAI processes as a Meta Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform — phone numbers, message content, and message metadata exchanged with a Business Customer's WhatsApp number — as well as data collected through our website, chat widget, and voice agents generally.
